Yet Another Assurance That I Was Really Dumb as a Kid

Step 1:  Pete reads an article in Nintendo Power magazine.  The article features a kid without arms who still manages to play Nintendo quite well with his feet.

Step 2:  Pete thinks, What if I lost both of my arms?

Step3:  Pete thinks, and I shit you not, It would be really hard to learn Nintendo all over again with my feet.

Step 4:  Pete considers practicing with his feet effective immediately, just in case. That way, in the event that he loses his arms, he wouldn’t be starting completely from scratch.

Step 5:  Pete slowly forgets about the article, abandons the idea of playing Nintendo with his feet, and not until 20 YEARS later does he ponder that the no arm kid must have difficulty with other things in his life besides Nintendo.
