“The trade felt a little disjointed. A few different art styles, plus some 6-page stories. Seriously, I think that you’re setting yourself up for a tough challenge in making a good 6-page story. And yet, it seems like most of the time it’s in the 6-pagers that so many of the writers go for either something with depth or a total joke. Not much in between, not a lot of subtlety. It’s like the difference between a 1-hour stand-up set and a knock-knock joke.
