“Idle Days”

“Good premise, good art, but the story is pretty thin.

Feels like a slice of life book where the slice of that life was taken pretty randomly. Like, if someone did a slice of life graphic novel about me, it’d be like, “Pete woke up, ate some food, worked, got a little exercise…that’s about it.”

You want your slice of life to be on your gassiest day. Yes, you read that right: The day you did the most farting.

Because that’s SOMETHING. And, oh no, you’ve got a big dinner with the boss tonight! Why did you do this very 1950’s thing of inviting your boss over for dinner? What were you thinking, anyway? And now there are farts to contend with? Shit!”
