Dog Food-
I don’t care to imagine that they’re dog food pieces. That would be sad. To imagine Pac-Man is running through a maze and being chased by ghosts just because he’s starving and has resorted to eating dog food is a very miserable thought.
Cereal-
It looks a little like cereal. And I feel like one could eat single pieces of cereal without slowing down too much. The game is a little like trying to eat Fruity Pebbles where you end up chasing the last few around the bowl, cursing wildly, so it’s a sound theory as far as being true to the feel of the game.
Pez-
I don’t know why, but something about the look of that game fits in with a candy that has a Z in the name and is dispensed out of Batman’s neck.
Ghost Eggs-
Plot-wise, it makes a lot of sense. That’s why the ghosts are so into stopping him. Their babies are being systematically eaten by this beast with a bottomless appetite. It only follows that they would want to stop him. However, before we get too excited about the idea, let’s remember this is all based on a concept whereby ghosts procreate by laying eggs.
Notes-
Secret, embarrassing love notes from 6th grade that Pac-Man chooses to destroy as oppose to, oh, I don’t know, publishing online for the worsenment of society.
Money-
Who knew this game was such a strong anti-materialism statement? Just a solitary dude, running through a maze with no exit, trying to collect as much cash as he can before his ghosts catch up with him.
