For whatever reason, I can read Michael Perry describe equipment all day, even when I don’t understand it. It’s soothing, like watching that show The Repair Shop (which I’m so-so on because, for me, it wasn’t technically detailed enough. I wanted to know how a clock is repaired, in detail.
